CBD water is clean mineral water infused with CBD, a health stimulating and healing compound of cannabis or hemp. Lately, there has been regained interest and attention for the forgotten healing powers of cannabis, that were used by our ancestors for many decades. CBD water is one of the trendy products that have the potential to go viral.
CBD water – a healthy trend
CBD or cannabidiol our bodies endocannabinoids, which naturally balance our health and regulate our healing. Because cannabidiol (CBD) is an organic and therefore completely natural product it interacts with our bodies neuroreceptors, in the same mild way our own endocannabinoids do.
CBD has a calming effect but does not make you drowsy and doesn’t cause any psychotropic effects. It restores your mood and improves your body’s resistance to mood swings, anxiety, and pain. It fights inflammation and tests have shown it has a positive healing effect with:
Because it does not target a specific medical condition in your body, like regular medication does, but supports or boosts our health balance and healing system (endocannabinoid system). It, basically just helps our body to cure itself.
The amount of CBD should be indicated on the label of the water bottles. For example: 15 mg CBD in a 0,5 liter bottle.
The average recommended consumption of CBD is 2,5 to 15 mg daily, depending on the individual and the situation. So, depending what works for you, you can drink one bottle a day or per two or three days, without having to measure and calculate milligrams. Isn’t that easy?
Health awareness is rising
Perhaps due to the internet and social media, we can see that health awareness is rising especially amongst the latest generation. Because information is easier to share and therefore almost impossible to manipulate, we learn a lot of facts that would otherwise have been filtered out.
Despite the fact of using chemical pharmaceuticals for decades; despite the billions, we spend on big pharma medication; despite the billions that are spent on pharmaceutical research, etc. etc., are we healthier than before? This is exactly what caused this awareness shift amongst our young generation.
Drinking healthy well water with all the natural minerals is becoming a trend and making place for the chemical soda drinks that big money has successfully been impregnating in our drinking habits. Now, it looks like that combining the healthy mineral water with a natural health booster is becoming the next trend.
How is CBD water made?
Making CBD water is significantly different from making, for example, CBD oil, wax and even crystals or isolate. Whereas these CBD products are just a distillation of industrial hemp with a high CBD content, to gain CBD in different concentrations, CBD water has to be technologically processed.
If you would for example mix CBD isolate (pure CBD) with water, you would most likely get an unattractive milk-like substance. In order for CBD to be completely dissolved in water, it needs to be broken down into nanoparticles, which can then be infused into the mineral water using nanotechnology.
Improved CBD effects with nano-infused CBD water
Due to the nano-infusion of CBD, it has proven to be much better absorbed by our body and the effects are therefore improved. For example, with CBD baking the great portion of the CBD potential is lost during the process of baking, most likely due to the high temperatures.
So, the way CBD is consumed is of key importance. If there is a small fire near a river, it could be very effective to extinguish it using a bucket, however, if you use a small drinking glass the effectiveness is much less and when you use a hayfork you will likely not get the small fire under control altogether.
The verdict on CBD water
CBD water is not becoming a trend so quickly just because of a hype. Mineral water is a trendy and healthy serving method itself and due to the nano-infusion, CBD is absorbed by our body much better. We would therefore not be surprised if CBD water would be the next health hype.
